As the provider of an on-demand solution, we are invested in your success and will be there with you every step of the way.
Like our launch process, the following elements are included in our services to every customer:
- After your launch, your Customer Success Manager will remain available to answer your questions and process any requests you have for engineering changes or customizations. Before we proceed, we'll provide a cost and schedule estimate for performing any changes for your review. When approval is received, we manage that work through our internal project tracking system and keep you apprised of progress while the work is being performed.
- For any event affecting the availability of your community, our 24/7 Production Operations Support team is ready to serve you via email, phone, and pager. For availability issues that do not involve an outage, contact us via our support email address during business hours and we'll respond promptly.
- For any other issue, or to discuss the latest Lithium products and services, your Lithium Account Manager is there to help.
