Q. How did you get involved in online communities?

A. I have always actively participated in the latest technology trends that have helped improve our daily business and/or professional lives, and particularly those that help improve communication. It also helps having three children who insist on you using the latest and greatest technologies and tools. However, it was working with clients such as Dell (IdeaStorm) and Starbucks (My Starbucks Idea) implementing their online communities that really caught my attention - the true power and future promise for businesses embracing online communities and social networking excites me - which is why I joined Lithium!

Q. What online communities are you a part of?

A. For social networking I am on Facebook, Yahoo, and MySpace (former client). For business networking I am on LinkedIn. I am also active on a number of other soccer-related (specifically Liverpoolfc.tv for Liverpool Football Club & MVSC.org for Mill Valley Soccer Club) and mountain bike-related (MTBR.com) online communities.
